New Patients
Welcome to Sedalia Dental! Our team is always happy to welcome new patients of all ages from the Groveport area and the greater Columbus area, so we can’t wait to serve you and your loved ones! Before you come to see us for the first time, we suggest you take a few moments to read through the helpful information below, which should answer some of your basic questions. Afterward, if you have anything else you’d like to ask us, be sure to give us a call any time!
Your First Visit
At Sedalia Dental, we think carefully about every aspect of your experience with us and want to make it as pleasant and positive as possible. We promise that in our dental office you always will be treated with kindness, courtesy, integrity, and respect.
Our warm, friendly, and efficient staff know that your time is valuable. Though we’re proud of our reception area’s soothing contemporary decor, we’re committed to making sure you don’t have to spend much time in it. We want you to feel at home, but we also want to get you home in a timely fashion.
Once you check in and we verify that your paperwork and insurance are in order, (our new patient forms are available online to fill out before you come in) a hygienist will call you back for a cleaning. Then, one of our doctors will meet you and spend some time getting to know you and your dental/health history before conducting a thorough exam.
Dental Insurance
We know how complicated insurance forms can be, so as a courtesy to you, we will submit your paperwork for your insurance company’s portion of your payment. If you have a co-pay, we will collect that at the time of treatment. Our goal is to make using your benefits as easy as possible, and you can trust that our team will be able to answer any insurance-related questions you might have.
